The Drone Instructor Program (CDIP) is designed for experienced or certified drone operators who want to become professional trainers. The course focuses on how to teach, demonstrate, assess, and mentor new drone operators within the Secrosoft Drone Community.
This program is NOT for beginners — it is for individuals who already understand drone operations and want to transition into training and leadership roles.
📅 WEEK 1: INSTRUCTOR FOUNDATIONS & TEACHING SKILLS
Hours: 8–10
- Role and responsibilities of a drone instructor
- Principles of adult learning and technical teaching
- How to simplify complex drone concepts
- Classroom and field instruction techniques
- Communication and demonstration skills
- Building confidence as a technical trainer
📅 WEEK 2: DRONE TRAINING DELIVERY & ASSESSMENT METHODS
Hours: 8–10
- Structuring drone training sessions
- Step-by-step demonstration techniques
- Supervising student drone operations
- Assessing learner performance in real time
- Safety enforcement during training sessions
- Managing beginner mistakes and corrections
📅 WEEK 3: ADVANCED INSTRUCTION & FIELD MANAGEMENT
Hours: 6–10
- Conducting field-based practical training
- Managing group training sessions across locations
- Creating lesson plans and training modules
- Reporting trainee progress to Secrosoft system
- Handling certification readiness evaluation
- Leadership in drone training deployments
🧪 FINAL ASSESSMENT
- Teaching simulation (mock training session)
- Practical drone demonstration evaluation
- Instructor communication and assessment test
📌 Passing Requirement: 70% and above
✔ Successful candidates receive Certified Drone Instructor Status (CDIP)
