It also empowers teachers by creating opportunities for extra income through course creation, sales, and other innovative services.

Our goals are:

  • To provide quality, affordable, and accessible course content for students.

  • To improve the standard of living for teachers by offering a platform for additional income generation.

  • To establish Secrosoft Institute of Science, Arts, and Technology (SISAT) as an affordable private polytechnic with guaranteed job placements for graduates.

 

SLH offers:

  • Course Creation Platform: A space for tutors to collaborate and create unique, high-quality courses for students.

  • Secrosoft Marketplace: An online store offering affordable educational materials and stationery, where tutors can sell their products to generate extra income.

  • Secrosoft VTU Platform: A virtual top-up platform where tutors, students, and parents can purchase discounted airtime and data. All funds spent are converted into wallet bonuses, which can be used to purchase other products on the platform.

  • Income Opportunities: Earn revenue from course sales, profit-sharing models, and product sales in the Secrosoft Marketplace.

  • Certification and Licensing: Obtain Secrosoft Tutoring Certificates and Licenses recognized across Africa.

  • Tutors are organized into groups of 25, led by a Group Coordinator. These groups collaborate to create courses, generate revenue, and share profits. Each group is supported by a State Coordinator and HOD/Regional Coordinator.

  • Tutors are expected to:

    • Participate in course creation and adhere to Secrosoft’s guidelines.

    • Actively engage in group tasks and training programs.

    • Maintain professionalism and uphold the principles of SLH.

    • Discounted airtime and data through the VTU platform to enhance online learning.

     

    • Parents can:

      • Purchase affordable course content for their children.

      • Use the VTU platform to ensure their children have adequate data and airtime for learning.

Group Coordinators manage teams of 25 tutors, ensuring adherence to SLH’s principles and guidelines. They:

  • Monitor tutor performance and compliance.

  • Liaise with State Coordinators and HODs for support.

Group Coordinators are supported by State Coordinators and HOD/Regional Coordinators. Training and resources are provided to help them excel in their roles.
